By special request only: Holistic skin care appointment, complex medical dermatology with in-depth review of medical history and past treatments, care coordination

one shave biopsy, cryotherapy (up to 5 lesions), snip skin tag removal (up to 5 lesions), milia extraction (up to 5 lesions), or one intralesional or subcutaneous kenalog injection

one punch biopsy 

incision and drainage of a abscess/cyst, based on size

Tissue to be sent for review by the pathologist will be billed by your insurance. If you do not have insurance, cost will be discussed with you. 

If the prescribed medication is denied by your insurance, with your permission our office will submit a request for approval on your behalf.
